Welcome to wandermagnet. These terms and conditions define the rules and regulations for the use of the wandermagnet website.

Order

1. The User places his order by completing the purchasing process presented on the website https://www.wandermagnet.com, adding to the shopping cart the product(s) he wishes to order:

2. To send your order, the User must:

a) Register on the website https://www.wandermagnet.com , providing the information requested there (OPTIONAL).

b) Log in (by providing an email and password combination chosen by the User at the time of registration - OPTIONAL).

c) Complete the information and choose the options made available to you throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the VAT and the name that, for tax purposes, you wish to appear on the invoice).

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as of these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

4. Wandermagnet will accept orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. If the product is not available, Wandermagnet undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once the invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.

6. Order requests are valid for five business days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this deadline. If our services do not receive payment within the aforementioned deadline, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.

Pay

1. On the website www.wandermagnet.com , Wandermagnet offers the User the following payment methods:

  • a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
  • b) Paypal;

2. In case of payment by credit card, the User's card will be charged immediately after confirmation of shipment of the goods. If some ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User's card after placing the order.

Delivery

  1. 1. Orders are delivered within 15 business days after placing the order.
  1. 2. Shipping cost - 5€ - will be added to the order.

Prices

1. Prices must be expressed in Euros, and the taxes and fees are not included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.

2. If there is an increase in the Price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.
