Thank you for shopping at wandermagnet!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

  • If the item in question is marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, please email us at admin@wandermagnet.com and send the item to: Rua São Salvador, loja 11 O, 3720-013 Carregosa.

Uncovered assets

The following products are not covered by the return policy:

  • Gift Cards

  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial refunds are granted

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@wandermagnet.com

Shipment

  • Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address: Rua São Salvador, loja 11 O, 3720-013 Carregosa.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.

  • Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to arrive may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
